Cervo Mountain Resort is situated on a terrace above Zermatt village, with spectacular views of Matterhorn. In 2020, the resort has undergone a full renovation. Bazaar is a lively restaurant which design was inspired by the bustling markets of the Middle-East. The menu- with dishes prepared from fresh, local ingredients of course- is plant-based mostly convincing even the proudest meat-eaters that vegetarian cuisine can be as delicious and rich in flavours.
